Independent Raters Needed for PTSD Clinical Research Remote Opportunities
Independent Raters Needed for PTSD Clinical Research Remote Opportunities
Description
Precision Psychological Assessments, LLC is seeking qualified clinicians to join our team of Independent Raters (IRs) conducting psychological assessments for clinical research studies investigating novel treatments for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Our mission is to provide high-quality, sensitive, and independent symptom evaluations that support the scientific integrity of clinical trials and contribute to the development of new PTSD treatments.
IRs conduct remote, clinician-administered assessments via secure videoconferencing, primarily using the Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale for DSM-5 (CAPS-5) and other structured clinical interviews. Responsibilities also include completing associated documentation, participating in ongoing training activities, and attending monthly team meetings. We offer both full-time, salaried employee positions and independent contractor opportunities, all fully remote. Contractor positions offer flexibility in scheduling and assessment volume, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
What makes Precision unique is our deep commitment to professional development and building a supportive, connected community. We invest heavily in comprehensive, paid initial and ongoing training, individualized mentorship, and opportunities for continued professional growth. Our leadership team works closely with each team member to support their development, build on their strengths, and foster their individual professional goals. Equally important, we believe that conducting high-quality assessments is about more than simply completing interviews. We strive to bring together clinicians who share a passion for thoughtful, rigorous assessment and who genuinely enjoy learning from and supporting one another. Our team meetings, for example, intentionally make space not only for clinical discussion and professional development, but also for connection, self-care, and mutual support. We take pride in fostering an environment where team members feel valued, supported, and part of something meaningful, even while working remotely.
